Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made through the website sportzone.ma operated by Abdelouakil Rachdaoui, Auto-Entrepreneur, located at Bd Zerktouni, Résidence Meriem 12, 28800 Mohammedia, Morocco.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site at the time of the customer's consultation. Each product is accompanied by a description and photos. The photos are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance with the product offered.
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are additional and indicated before order confirmation.
SportZone reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 - Ordering
The customer places an order on the website following these steps:
- Selection of products and addition to cart
- Validation of the cart
- Identification or account creation
- Choice of delivery address
- Choice of payment method
- Order confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The sale is only final after this confirmation.
Article 5 - Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash upon receipt
- Credit/Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard (secured by CMI)
- PayPal
- Western Union
All online payments are secured using SSL encryption technology.
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the Delivery page and are estimates only.
SportZone cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control (force majeure).
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package. In case of damage, the customer must note reservations on the delivery slip and inform SportZone within 48 hours.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law 31-08 on consumer protection, the customer has a period of 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The refund will be made within 15 days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds are made using the original payment method

Article 8 - Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Law 31-08. In case of defect or non-conformity, the customer can request exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Article 9 - Liability
SportZone cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to force majeure, the customer's fault, or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fault of a third party.

Article 11 - Disputes
These GTCS are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts of Morocco will have jurisdiction.
